Return of goods for any reason (other than claims of defective or incorrectly supplied goods) will be subject to a handling charge. All returns must be accompanied by a request for credit, quoting original invoice number on which the goods were supplied, and the goods must be in original packaging.
Should you receive a short supply or damaged delivery, please note the discrepancy on the consignment note and contact Krankin Pty Ltd prior to the return of goods. Claims for non-delivery, short supply, incorrect goods supplied, and pricing or calculation errors must be made within 7 days of the invoice date in writing.
If you receive a defective product, please contact Krankin Pty Ltd to arrange for the product to be returned. If a returned product is found to be no fault of Krankin Pty Ltd, the freight charge to have the product returned will be charged to the customer.
